We do our best to ensure that product information, images, prices, and descriptions are accurate.
However, minor differences may occur between product photographs and the item you receive due to lighting, screen settings, packaging updates, manufacturing variations, or minor design adjustments that do not materially affect the product’s intended function.
We may update product information, pricing, promotions, or availability at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, shipping address, billing information, and email address.

Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. Opal does not store your complete payment-card details on its own servers.
We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States only.
Eligible orders receive free tracked shipping. Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, shipping carrier, holidays, weather, order volume, address verification, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please verify your shipping address before submitting an order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. Opal is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on the delivery location and applicable requirements.

Before returning a product, you must contact us for authorization and follow the return instructions we provide. Products sent to an unauthorized address or returned without authorization may not be accepted or processed.
The Opal H‑0 Pod includes a 30-day money-back guarantee beginning on the date the order is delivered.
Return requests must be submitted within this period. To qualify, the product must be returned in good condition with its essential accessories and original packaging whenever reasonably possible.
Products that are damaged through misuse, neglect, drops, liquid exposure, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or excessive wear may not qualify for a refund.

Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact opalcare@outlook.com as soon as possible, preferably within seven days of delivery.
Please provide your order number, an explanation of the issue, and clear photographs or videos when applicable.
The seven-day notification request helps us investigate delivery-related problems promptly. It does not limit rights that cannot legally be restricted.
You agree to use the Opal H‑0 Pod only according to the product instructions.
The device base and charging port must be kept dry. Do not rinse or submerge the device base, overfill the cleaning chamber, or connect the charging cable while the charging port is wet.
If the charging port becomes wet, do not connect the device to power until the port is completely dry and safe to use.
Opal is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, drops, impacts, neglect, liquid entering the charging port or device base, incorrect charging equipment, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow the product instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Always follow the care instructions provided by the manufacturer of your dental appliance and your dental professional.
The Opal H‑0 Pod is designed to support the routine care of compatible personal appliances. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
